Using HAL with Telegram

You can wire HAL to Telegram and post messages on private chats and public chats using your own bot (take a look at Telegram documentation on how to create a bot https://core.telegram.org/bots) Your bot will get real-time notifications when an alert rule matches a trigger 😎

How to connect your Telegram bot with HAL

Start to create a trigger, then select Telegram as an action.

Enter the Bot Token you received from Telegram BotFather and the Chat IDof the chat (public or private) the bot should post your message to. Now you are set! Just test 👷and create!
